Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 10th January 2011 regarding subordinated convertible bond of NOK 200 million. One of the bond holders has converted NOK 5 million into 538 566 shares, at a share price of 9.2839 per share.
The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 37 674 882.50 divided into 75 349 765 shares, has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
